Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Timely documentation for new joinee
- Responsible for maintaining entire employee docyard
- Processing source data and documentation into the human resources information system and the manual personnel files.
- Taking care of Attendance, assisting in Variable Pay and PMS activities
- Drive Employee engagement activities
- Grievance management
- Assist in Attrition analysis
- Ensuring smooth exit of an employee
Reports, Audits & Compliances:
- Assisting HR Lead to maintain all documents related to Audit
- Assist HR lead in monthly, quarterly audits
- *Responsible for managing internal reports related with ELCM & Employee Engagement activities
- Insuring proper database of reports are maintained
- Manage & facing internal & external audits
- Adhering to QMS & ISMS compliances

Education:
