Job description
As the Office Manager HR Administrator you will report to the General Manager of Abu Dhabi Operations and will be responsible for general administration office management and basic HR functions for the company s new entity in Dubai Duties And Responsibilities of HR Administrator General administrative duties and activities Assist General Manager with developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities governmental agencies and other local partners Work with Corporate Management of parent company to choose and work with appropriate outsourced payroll HR services and other service providers based on company needs ensuring the company and employees receive the full benefits of the services Work with hiring managers to manage and coordinate hiring processes from start to finish in a timely fashion either through recruiting services or internal resources Other HR duties before a dedicated HR representative is in place including employee relationships compliance with labor laws and related local requirements and implementation and coordination of necessary training for employees Maintain and manage company books reports records and other company documents Assist upper level management with other necessary administrative tasks Establish and maintain general policies and procedures for the company Other tasks as assigned.
